PRIVATE GAME ROOM RENTALS

We have 3 private rooms available for groups up to 8 people. We charge $20 an hour for use of the room up to 3 hours. $15 an hour for times exceeding 3 hours.  No outside food or drink is allowed in the rooms unless arranged in advance. If you want to bring in your own food, we will charge an additional per-person charge of $5.

  

Catering is available provided by Saint Honore Bakery.  Ask for details on food and drink options for your event.

All room rentals are subject to availability and on a first come first served basis. Cancellation of reservations must be made 24 hours in advance, or a $20 cancellation fee will be applied. No shows will also be charged a $20 fee. All store policies must be followed in our private rooms. No outside food or drink will be allowed unless authorized by Battle Grounds Gaming Cafe.
