Geek Week Game Forge! Designers Sign In!

We will have room for 8 teams of 1-3 designers.  Entry Fee:  $30 RSVP with your team Name here!

Teams will Pick up your Game Kit between 5pm and 10pm on Monday Sept.9th.

When you come in you will be given a blank Game Design Kit supplied by Ad Magic Print & Play.

You will Draw a Random Game Theme. (Draw 2 and choose 1)

You will Draw 3 Random Game Mechanics. (Your game will be required to include at least 2 of those mechanics.  But you can use as many as you like beyond that.)

Games must be for 4 players. On Saturday the 14th, your game will be played by a group of players who have signed up to be a part of the event. (You will have 10 to 15 mins to teach the rules on Saturday Game Sessions.  8 rounds will be held. 2 Groups on Saturday. With an Award ceremony held after the final game round @ aprox 7:30pm )

To be considered for prizes, Designed Games need to be dropped off between 4pm and 5pm on Friday Sept.13th at Battle Grounds Gaming Cafe.

Saturday Play Session Schedule / Awards Ceremony

Saturday Sept. 14th (Game designers need to be at the event all day to teach. 1 person from each team is all that is needed.)

10:00am Game sessions start. 8 sets of 4 players will participate in 2 Groups.  

Group 1 from 10:30am to 2:30pm. 

Group 2 from 3:00pm to 7:00pm.
